Maps not showing and the Repo saying The mod manager isn't ready yet. All action are queued untill i

I was playing on Gridmap V2 drag racing with the automation mods I made but then I got to a automation mod I made that body wouldn't load in so i tried reloading the car CNTRL R, and it still didn't show so I went on automation to reinstaill the car again then I refreshed the game with CNTRL L then when it loaded back on it showed what you normally see when you first play the game "would you like to enable mods etc etc" then I pressed yes yes on the options, put my graphics to ultra again then I checked if the car worked and it didn't so I restarted the game to see if it worked, when I opened the freeroam the maps were gone, and then I tried everything I could, deep clear cache, standard clear cache, uninstailing the game and reinstailing and then I launched in safe mode, the maps apeared so I thought it was mods, so I opened vulkan again and then the mod repo said The mod manager isn't ready yet. All action are queued untill it can be executed. If it takes to much time please contact support. so I didn't think of it being a problem since I just was going to uninstaill my mods, witch I pressed delete mods that I had, it showed the loading logo, but the backround was still moving there so I knew nothing wasn't happening so I couldn't uninstail to see if that was the problem, so I opened the folders and Moved the mods to another folder I made witch basicly is uninstailing the mods, witch then it still showed no maps and the mod manager isn't ready message on the message repo, so I don't know what could be the problem Please help me.

 

you have to delete the root folder. but also every beamng folder on your system drive. than you have to reinstall beamng

 

wont that delete my mods and replays?
