Maps Won't open in experemental version

Hello.

I am having a problem opening maps in the newest version of the Beamng Drive experimental version. All base game maps and most mod maps open but some maps when I try to open them they just give me a grey screen and nothing happens no loading screen or anything.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Clear your cache.

It's located in Documents/BeamNG.drive/cache , and delete the contents of the folder.

 

Tried that. It did nothing. maps still give me a grey screen.

 

Same here, but this is an error that isn't related to default maps, it's custom maps that give gray screen errors.

 

Same. Only custom maps do it (and only some of them).

 

I found why why the screen turn gray. All the maps that don't have preview while in the level selector don't work. I don't know how to solve this problem (or why this happens). If know one figures this out we might have to wait for another update. Does your screen turn gray with maps with no preview? If you see the picture below all the ones with no picture don't work. All the ones with a picture work for me.

 

99% of the time that is the case. only 1 map without a preview works. All of the others give me a grey screen.

 

The only custom map I have (which is only out of 3) that will load in this new exp-build is "crashsite."

 

I'd be willing to bet something changed that made all of those maps not compatible with the newest build, or you know maybe it has something to do with it being experimental. Either way you might have to wait for the devs to change something or maybe the map makers need to fix them or add something to them so they work with the new level selector.
