masive lag

    before the update i could run it fine, not when i load a map i get 10-11 fps on all maps and all of the terrain and vehicles load in very slowly. i have tried deleting all of my mods and reinstalling the game, but to no avail.
    specs
    Gtx 750ti
    intel 4690k i5 overclocked 4.3 Ghz
    8gb ram

    I get the same issue as well as my computer locking up to where I have to press the power button to restart.
    Intel i7 3770k
    Nvidia EVGA GTX 980
    16 GB Ram
