Massive input lag.

I think everyone else has noticed this, when you turn your wheel in real life (G25 in my case) it takes almost half a second or so for the in game wheel to turn. This can make controlling vehicles very hard, even if you turn the wheel at full speed, in game the wheel simply doesn't keep up, and this really ruins the immersion and makes alot of things in game quite frustrating (drifting especially, i can never get the ingame wheel to go fast enough and end up crashing into a wall ).
Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

I have a G27 and I have no lag problems. Check the Logitech gaming control panel and make sure all of your settings are correct. Change your turning from 200 degrees to 900 degrees (if the g25 supports that).

I did that, in fact I haven't noticed lag until I changed the wheel to 900 degrees. Maybe it's an illusion because the wheel doesn't turn like mad anymore, but I move the wheel in real life and it takes some noticeable time for the wheel to move in game.
