SOLVED Massive loss of FPS, even in safe mode and after checking files

    I know I already posted something here a few minutes ago, but this problem is big.
    My fps has gone from the usual 50 (pretty mid...) to an abysmal 20. I tried safe mode, but that just dropped it further to 10. I have checked task manager for any background apps, but nothing seems wrong.
    What do?
