Maybe the mod feature system is bugged?

I notice on the website the featured resources page is listing normal mods, or simply the newest mods, the featured resurces section should be maintained by a combination of most downloads and highest ratings and then switch to the next 3 mods on its list every week.month that match those settings.

Im seeing mods listed there that have few downloads and few reviews which is strange since that section should contain highly sought after/rated mods.

As of now the system looks broken since it isn't featuring any of the top mods out now.
