Menu freeze with Xbox 360 wireless controller

Hi, the main menu freezes after trying to change settings like i.e. anisotropic filtering and then using B button to come back. To be more precise, It does not allow me to change the setting, A button does not work to confirm it and when i use B to go back the main menu, it freezes and no buttons work. The only way to unfreeze it is to use mouse to click anywhere in the menu, then the controller starts to work again. i have tried uninstalling, cleaning cache, checking integrity and i have no issues with my gamepad in other games.

 

Update, you cant change graphic options with any gamepad, A button simply do not work to confirm it, you have to use your mouse to do that
