Menu stuck in 0.33 / Causing lag issues.

    i know it sounds weird, but its just stuck in 0.33. cant fix it. redownloaded beamng, deleted beammp, cleared cache 3 times, deep cleaned 3 times, old caches 1 time, verified steam integrity, verified it from the beamng launcher, and yet i cant fix it.

    im also pretty positive that its causing lag issues on EVERY map, which i didnt have. like i have 30 FPS for italy and WCUSA, which ik are heavy maps, but i used to get 60 - 70 FPS. same as ECUSA, but it also just crashes.
