I always wanted a map based off the Philippines, but I have never been able to find any, and I don't even think there are any. Instead of trying to find something that doesn't exist, i just decided to make my own map. It was originally just for me specifically, but I realized that this mod had potential since it was probably the only mod ever to be published that was based off the NCR, if i publish it. BUT: Im very busy. Im an animator on YouTube and a 25 second YouTube short takes 1.5 weeks to finish, I also have school and other hobbies. This mod could be finished after years and i may end up not finishing it, I will probably release separate cities when the rest are under construction.
