   My PC is nowhere powerful, it has i5 4460 gtx 1050ti and 16gb of ram, but on previous versions it ran smoothly, am I the only one getting stutters ? I run Normal (Medium) settings

   try to disable the motion blur in setting,that will slow down some pc/laptop
