    Long story short, I was reinstalling Beam because of update issues and this popped up-

    Please help!!

    My specs- (Beam worked before the new update)

    restart the computer, then reinstall without starting it.

    That's a Steam issue.
    You guys can either try to run Steam as Administrator, or contact the Steam Support directly.

    It's some popular issue lately, from their side..
