SOLVED Missing Files and World Editor Trouble

I was having some trouble with the world editor whenever I tried to use the camera path editor. It would work great for a couple of minutes, and then the UI would glitch and render me unable to leave the world editor. I've had this problem for a couple of months and I've kind of ignored it because as long as a reloaded the lua, it would fix itself. But just recently, it became permanent. So, I disabled all of my mods to see if that would help, and it didn't. So, I cleared my cache, that didn't do anything either. I even tried safe mode, and that works fine. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and verified the integrity of the files to see if the problem lies there, and it turns out I'm missing 9 dependencies. idk how, idk why. Is there a way I can get them back? I am left to believe that these are the cause of my world editor glitching.

After doing a clean install, I'm still missing the 9 dependencies, but I guess they are unimportant because the world editor works fine now.
