Missing rocky dirt texture

Hello,
I am missing the rocky dirt texture on multiple maps. I have cleared cache, removed the levels folder from documents/beamng.drive and checked integrity. I have not re installed yet, as my internet is a little slow and i would rather not have to redownload it.

 

You have to reinstall.
I got this once after an update and for some reason only a complete re-installation fixed it.

Well, re installing didnt seem to fix. i cleared cache again too.

 

Umm, Did you add any mods that might be affecting the textures? Also, did you delete everything related to beamNG when you reinstalled?

 

im gonna try a second reinstall tonight. i deleted everything but the folder in documents. i cleared cache after reinstall too. i dont have any mods that could be affecting this, but ill test with a completely clean slate soon.

 

Try with no mods installed. As of late there have been some sereous texture related issues with both mods and with default terrains.
It should be fixed in the next update, but try a fresh reinstall, back up your mods, and do the game clean with no mods. If the glitch persists, then ask a dev about it and mention you have already tried a clean reinstall if the glitch persists.

 

the thing is this has been happening for a few updates, i was just too lazy to make a thread. and clean reinstall here i come.

 

I had an issue with this between updates once. I had corrupted a few files and the game didnt work right until I completely deleted and reinstalled the game.
Good luck with a clean install, it might work, but as I said, if it doesnt work after a clean reinstall, Contact a dev or a staff member about the issue.

 

iam missing the dirt texture too. any chance to get the texture an drop it into the main game folder?
