There already is a small one, i think its in a slot in glass or roof Is it with all turbos, do you have the latest version of the game, have you tried clearing cache and have you tried it without any other mods enabled?
Mann, this is really cool. But it would be even cooler with an actual EVO/Mitsubishi 4G63 engine bay, interior and proper body model(s). I love actually having these mods to mess around with but I don't like how some are 75% BEAMNG assets mixed with a body slap with some jbeam tweaks... Just my opinion tho. Will definitely change if the mod is properly made because I can't really call this a proper EVO....just doesn't look like one, from the inside or mechanically. It's like a KIT car, a fake. Reminds me of those beater Honda Civics modded into Lamborghinis with a bone stock SOHC D-series motor mated to the slushbox autos, in FWD OFC lol. But in this instance, its the Sunburst body and Pessima interior with body panels of an EVO hacked onto it, lmao.
What you're complaining about right there is the exact reason why there are so few IRL car mods for this game. everyone is dissatisfied with even the slightest lacking of mod detail, leading people to either spend literal years making a mod (the oldsfullsize, dodge coronet, brutus b1, fintray roadster, etc.) or not make a mod at all. LJ is perfectly capable of making a full custom engine bay, interior, and making the car drive exactly like a real evo, just like he is doing with his (again 200BX-based, because it's the most efficient way to make it) S15 mod, and is adding hundreds of custom parts, and modelling custom interiors and engines. To add all of those parts takes even a madman with ridiculously fast workflow like LJ a good half a year at least added onto the development time, not to mention extra headaches from having to do all the debugging, and then continuously updating it to new game versions, not to mention increasing the file size. The way i see this, you're asking LJ to spend all this time and effort to make an entire new mitsubishi turbo DOHC 2.0 I4 engine from the mid 2000s to replace the hirochi turbo DOHC 2.0 I4 engine from the mid 2000s, all so you can rip of the bonnet once, and go "cool, it's got a unique engine" and never look at it again. the effort is not worth the benefits.
