Mod commission or help creating said mod

I've been wanting to make a race burnside for the longest time, but the problem is, I also think the burnside looks plain wrong without whitewall tires, so I was hoping someone could make a whitewall tire with the grip of the 255/55r15 race slicks, alongside smoothie front hubcaps for the 15x9 classic wheel? If not, at the very least, can someone show/tell me how to do so for both the front and the rear? Also, the knowledge on how to make classic aluminum wheels with all the same accessories as the steel versions would help the build, for the sake of better acceleration and handling.
