So I never use the mod repository, all the mods I use are downloaded and put in the folder by myself. But for some reason mods I remove from the folder, show up afterwards in the mod repository (while I didn't add them). Does anybody know why this is?
I install the mods in my documents/BeamNG.drive/mods. The 'Automatic mod updates' button was indeed checked by default so I unchecked it.
Not the one in settings, but the ones in Repository > Mods. If you press that, the game would subscribe to the mods that are from the repository (in order to update them)
I have never used that button since I don't really use the repository (I also download/install mod updates by myself)
Do the mods still appear in the level selector or vehicle selector? If they show up in the in-game repository they may not be installed, just there for you to download. It is meant to be something like the mods page on this website, but in the game.
