Mod Vehicles Don't Show In-game

So I downloaded a bunch of modded cars from the official Beamng site. I downloaded them as a zip file and put the zips in mods folder. Whenever I go to spawn a vehicle from the section. They don't show up, but they are in the mods folder. Fix?

 

Try unpacking them
If you download a super old mod from this website, unpacking it fixes this problem

 

They are new, like 1 week old.

This mod is not a new vehicle. It adds some parts to the old Pessima.
You can find configs inside the old Pessima (as mentioned in the description of the mod)
