Mods and car

So i got two questions: First, where is the mods file where i can put my mods in, i can't find it since i have the newest version.

Second, i've got a question about a car/cars in general. In earlier versions, some engines would start burning while you were still driving (for example the Gavril Bartsow Dragster). Since a few months, this doesn't happen anymore and i was wondering if I could make this happen with disabling/enabling something again because i loved this so much. In newer versions EVERY engine just locks before burning which is quite sad.

 

You put mods in the folder located c:\Users\*yourusername*\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods

Also I don't think there is a way to disable the burning effect.
