Unsolved mods dont download fully but then show as subscribed in search but not in mods manager

hi.i have tried 3 mods(2 maps and 1 car)that stopped downloading at a certain percent and then showed up as subscribed but could not be found in mods manager.they dont show up no where after the unfinished download only in the search as if to find them to download.but i did download 1 other map that shows up in mods manager and works fine.(in game repository).thank you and sorry if this is not the right tread

 

sorry for late response,but you should click "update all mods" in mods manager at right side
