Mods won't reactivate and gets stuck on the loading screen.

    Recently been having a problem with the game's mod manager deactivating all my mods and when I click "activate all mods", the game just loads forever and it gets stuck. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but the mods remain deactivated and won't reactivate. Seems to be a bug in the game since the last patch and hopefully someone here can help me.
