Sometimes my secondary monitor "flickers" and I don't know why! It is an Acer G215H 1080p 60hz 21" monitor. I am running it off of a DVI-D cable through a docking station. The DVI cable is firmly secured on both ends. My laptop (It's used for Beamng...lol) is a 2015 Dell Latitude E5440 14" 4th Gen Intel i3 dual core @ 1.90Ghz 12Gb DDR3 RAM @ 1,600Mhz Intel HD Integrated Graphics 4400 2Gb Let me know if you need more information.
