whenever i launch beam it seems as if my monitor is going darker than it should. I have 2 monitors and can see the difference. Even my desktop is darker and it stays like that even when i close the game. Not sure if it has to do with my drivers becuase this only happens with beam, every ithe rgame works fine.

Do you have a Nvidia GPU?
Try checking these settings in the NCP:

What if you set your power-plan to 'High Performance' (the game does that automatically)?
On laptops that also controls the screen brightness, so it may be related on a desktop too.

Everything is set to high. Still curious as to why this happens.

Il just trying to find an answer becuase i dont want to think that its a hardware issue on my end. Every other game works fine and ive had no problems other than beam ng.

If you launch the game on the other monitor (Options > Graphics > Monitor), does that one also 'dims' ?
Or the first one still does that?

    Maybe this?

(You need to check it in High-Performance plan too, as that's the one the game uses)

    Running out of ideas.
It could be some weird custom preset coming from somewhere in your NCP settings.

Try clean reinstalling your Nvidia drivers.
In the installer choose 'Custom Installation', and you should see a button to do a clean reinstall.
It will reset all eventual custom profiles you had.

I even uninstalled geforce experience altogether and it still did the same thing.

Reinstalled everything. Even did clean install. Game still does the same thing. Its gotta be the game becuase there nothing else that makes my computer do this. Maybe ill wait for the game update again becuase there might be a chance its not compatible with my latest driver update. When cod ww2 came it said to get geforce experience for the drivers required for the game and ever since then thats when beam starting acting up.
