More ways to trigger check engine and no fuel fail attempt to start

It would be cool if you damage induction system, or cause overrev damage to your engine, starvation of oil and starvation damage, general engine damage to trigger check engine. Right now in game you only get it if you blow up engine.
And another thing if car runs out of fuel it would be cool to have infinite loop of trying to start instead of doing nothing like when it blows up
