Hello, i have been trying to find a way to move my mods folder to my ssd from my harddrive for faster load times but nothing seems to be working. I have tried to edit the startup.ini file but that doesn't seem to be working either.

Did you move the "mods" folder or the mods that are in the "mods" folder?

Idk if you can by doing this, update the game or add a mod in the Repo.

You can't move only mods to your SSD, you have to move the whole Documents/BeamNG.drive folder. This will take up more space, but also decrease loading times for maps and cars because the cache is on the SSD. I do the exact same thing.

    1. Go to Documents folder and select your BeamNG.drive folder. Press "Ctrl+X" to cut the folder.

    2. Navigate to where you want to put the folder and press "Ctrl+V" to paste the folder. Then, open the BeamNG.drive documents folder (the one that you just pasted), and select the folder PATH (where it says This PC > SSD (D:) > Program Files > BeamNG.drive) and copy that.

    4. Go to your BeamNG.drive directory where the game is, not the mods. Open the startup.ini file and paste the folder directory in this space.

You put the path in the wrong line:
