Moza HGP Shifter Not Downshifting in BeamNG

Hello, I have recently been having this odd issue where I can't downshift from like 3rd to 2nd or 4th to 3rd. It will just leave me in neutral. This doesn't happen in any other games like Assetto Corsa and Live For Speed. Sometimes it lets me downshift if I move the shifter position very slowly or move the shifter first before pressing the clutch it. I have already tried deep cleaning cache and trying it in safe mode. I've already updated my drivers for my shifter through their software. I have all the assists off in my settings for like overrev protection. I honestly have no idea what is causing this. I have attached a video of this issue with the Moza software displaying which gear I am actually in as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
