Hi, I've got a 2080ti i9900k and 32gb 3200mhz ram. Still getting pretty rubbish framerate and also I've notice my gpu usage at 96% with just one car spawned... any ideas on how to improve this?

    Cpu 54°c
    GPU 61°c

That's a screenshot with just the pickup loaded and stationary in the game

    My pc specs

    Intel i9-9900k
    Msi 2080ti gaming x trio
    32gb Vengence DDR4 3600mhz
500gb M.2 which game is running from

Beginning to think there's a problem with GPU, not sure

That’s gotta be a GPU problem. Are you sure there’s nothing running like crazy in the background?

No nothing, gpu usage from other windows tasks is like 3.8% or something daft.

    What resolution do you use?.
What PSU du you have and do you use the two 8-pin and the 6-pin power cable for the GPU?, the MSI 2080 Ti can draw over 350W so it needs all the power it can get.
Make sure that the card is in the right PCI-E slot and that the card is running in X16 mode.

    I have a similar system.
    i9-9900K 5.0GHz OC, 32GB Vengence DDR4 3000MHz and a ROG Strix 1080ti with overclocking.
My resolution is 3840x2160 and i have steady 60FPS with every setting on max except AA, GPU usage is around 80-85% and the GPU temp is around 60°C.

    I have a 650w gold psu
The gpu is in the pcie16 slot
I've put a photo of how the gpu is connected, I think it's right.
    Usually play on max resolution

No nothing, another thing is when I do tests in 3dmark on timespy my results are inconsistent ranging from 9000 to 13000. Very odd
I've just ran a scenario of 9 cars in a Derby race... my gpu usage was 60-80%... then just spawned the pickup on its own and it went to over 96% gpu usage!? Don't get it

Hard to say. Try all you can before you send it in for an RMA- Reseat it, blow on it, reseat the PCI power connectors, download the latest drivers, etc.

Have you tried any vehicles other than the pickup? maybe try clearing the cache and/or a fresh reinstall of beam
