   Are you using a controller?
   If so, it's possible your right thumbstick needs a bigger deadzone.
   Go to Options > Controls, find the 'Rotate Camera' binding for the thumbstick, click them and increase the deadzone values:

   Yes i was use a controller i disconect the controller and now its not turning Thx
