My cars don't load

For nearly a month i've been experiencing a massive issue. Whenever I load up Beamng Drive everything is fine the maps work and everything, but when i spawn a car the only thing that appears is the light coming off the rear tailights not even the sound of the car works and only the skidmarks appear when i move the car. I've tried reinstalling the game and removing mods i don't need but none of them work i would really like some help on fixing this issue.

As you can see only the light from the tailights appear.
