    You should use OBS if you don't want the lag, I'ver never had any lag when I streamed with OBS so far and it'S also free

    Does your computer have an SSD (Solid State Drive)?

    If he has an SSD, I would suggest recording with OBS Studio onto the SSD with minimal compression. I too experienced the same "recording lag", and this was how I got rid of it.

    could of gotten a pc with a gtx 1050 with 8 gigs of ram for that price...
