My game doesn't load certain mods

I updated a mod the other day (UCP) and even without the mod, clearing my cache, and running a few mods my game says all of my mods are outdated and only loads about 4 or 5 mods while all other mods are activated and updated how can I fix this

I think the outdated ones are automatically deactivated by the game if you download them through the repo. Try manually downloading and installing them, they should load up fine. If they aren't tagged with outdated they should still be working, but I don't use the repository so I'm not familiar with all of the features and things that it does.

That's correct.
If a mod you downloaded via the in-game repository is tagged 'Outdated', it gets disabled (a little red box about that will appear).
Because outdated implies that something in the mod is not working right anymore, and could potentially cause issues with the game.

If you download the mod manually (orange 'Download Now' button), it will not be disabled.
