My game randomly going to 1 fps

This happens at random. when it happens, i have to restart my game to fix it. It is very annoying and it has been happening to me since 6 months ago. In that time, i have cleared cache 11 times (8 times normal, 3 times deep) I play the game at the lowest graphics, but nothing can escape it when it happens. I hope yall are able to fix it asap

 

I think you pc is not finished loading something or if this thing accurs when your are going fast it's becuse your pc did not load the map fully and now it's loading.

 

if you read the full info, i said once it goes to 1 fps, it stays there. I never have the issue at high speeds. Its usually when i spawn a new mod vehichle

 

Yes i did, but only when spawning in maps i dont use often
