My game won't load

    Hello. My game will load to a blank screen after it is closed once. I have clean installed it twice and the issue keeps happening. I have run it at stock and with mods and it persists. if anyone can help with this it would be very much appreciated.

    When you reinstalled, you also deleted the 'Documents/BeamNG.Drive' folder?

    Are you using any program like FPS Meters, Recording Softwares, Game Optimizer, etc?

    I can confirm that that the folder was deleted, and I am using the built in steam fps meter

    Launch the game and get that thing again.
    Then close the game.
    Open it again, but in the launcher select SUPPORT.
    A page will open, check for the ID NUMBER. Provide it to me.
    No need to fill and send that Support Ticket.

    (beam.ng installed on the ssd)

    At what resolution are you running the game?
    From the log it says 3840x2160 (4K IIRC)

    If so, do you have the 'UI Resolution Limiter' disabled in OPTIONS > GRAPHICS?
    If yes, that's your problem. UI doesn't like that big resolution, and you don't even have a dedicated GPU on your laptop.

    The game by default limits it to 1920x1080, and deleting the 'Settings' folder should reset it to so.
    Make sure you haven't turned it off by mistake.

    not to be rude but I do have a dedicated gpu (though not very powerful) and thank you. the uu does seem to become distorted when at 1920x1080. Thank You

    Woops sorry.
    The game logs said otherwise.

    Can you make sure by press F1 in the main menu, go to PERFORMANCE.
    It says 970M or Intel HD there?
