My games sound doesn’t work

Nothing is creating sound the volume at 100 not a single sound from my game I’ll hit a tree no sound.

Clear cache?
The volume from Windows or the game?

Options > Audio and make sure that 'Audio Device' is set to the correct device.
Restart the game and recheck.

Is it the windows or beamng sound that's not working?

And specify if you are using a speaker/headphone, the model and if it comes with its own fancy software.
