my license plate of vehicles are missing

i dont know when it started but seens i realized it late some how, license plate only print the title "beamNG" i go to the vehicle config and trying to randomize, edit the license plate as normal but it is just not working, when i type the new license plate on vehicle config to edit, my typed letter show up as a dark grey color too, i checked the issue come up on the safe mod launch and it was ok but the problem is that i realize it, removed all the mod to the different folder, uninstall beamNG document manually and also uninstall the beamNG folder in program file/steam/steamapps/common/beamNG and uninstalled in the steam for over two time but i am stil struggling in this issue anyone please can help me
