My loading screen is... Deep fried??

Does anyone know what this is? Happens whenever I load huge maps that take a long time to load.

 

I've had a similar problem with my old PC as well. It ran just fine for six years and then every 15 minutes the screen had weird glitches (like in the image) and the PC crashed. Turned out my graphics card had simply stopped working after all the time (dust, heat, etc.) So if you have an older graphics card, it might be that...

 

Do you use Reshade?

 

Graphics card is a 2018 RX580 8GB, runs fine.

I've helped a few people with this issue, it's always ReShade.
