Mysterious Gameplay Options...?

So there are Gameplay Options, apparently, and they look like they do some very important things like enable Dynamic Steering, change the AI Difficulty, etc. What are these, and why are they completely greyed out and inaccessible? I cannot enable Dynamic Steering, nor change the default gearbox, nor enable arcade gearbox... and I really want to try out the Difficulty slider. Are these options available to everyone, or is the Wiki lying about using SHIFT + B to enable Dynamic Steering, which there is a .lua file for that doesn't work?

 

The game is early access alpha, certain features are not implemented yet, however planned.
Dynamic steering could be reliant on your input peripheral device (what joystick).
I do not think anything was lying, still very outdated for sure.
You are capable enough for .lua, don't give up heart in your programming this game, I am of no further help, good luck.
