Need Carmod help Save my car and all parts now in triangels (picture inside)

HI everyone
i work on my challenger for beam ng
yesterday ill saved my car and after ill restart my Computer ill open the blend file
and this happen

all parts are now in Triangels but i Need it in quads
i dont know what happend please help me
bevor this happend it Looks like this

Someone gave me some advice that might help you. Let me see if I can find it real quick.

Assuming that you're using Blender: Highlight all your verts, press CTRL+T to triangulate, then press ALT+J to quad...rilate. It's a guaranteed method to get rid of n-gons and replace them with tris and quads. Bear in mind that it sometimes can break your polyflow.

It'll end up triangulated in-game if I can recall correctly. Can't remember if .dae does that or not, but I have to be off to work right now anyways.

Glad someone else's advice helped. I wouldn't know since I don't use blender.
