Need Help Converting a Car Model to BeamNG!

Hey guys, Jeff here.

I'm sure this question has been asked dozens of times, but how can I take an existing car model loaded in blender and turn it into a drivable car in BeamNG? I know there's a lot of work involved, but I'll keep at it and release the finished product to the mods page when I'm finished. The vehicle in question is a 2006 Ford F150 Crew Cab because I love the styling and general aesthetic of Ford's trucks. Anyways please get back to me with some instructions and I'd be happy to get to work

(P.S. I know about the Introduction to Creating a Mod guide, but I've found that to mainly apply to new models, not preexisting ones. Also, I will give full credit to the website who created the model.)
