WIP Need help creating custom rims

I have modeled some nice two piece mesh bbs rims and would like to get them in the game but have NO idea how to do so. If someone could either teach me how to create custom rims for BeamNG or let me give you the .DAE file and you could work your magic and then give me the completed zip file that'd be perfect.
