need help with certain features

my goal is to create realistic crash scenarios
1. when I record a replay the cars honking and headlights are not recorded
2. I want to have 2-3 cars doing something i want them to ( break early - honk - headlight ... ) which Ai can't do .
how can I achieve this, and is it possible to record them with the replay tool?
3. how do I pop a wheel out completely, let it roll on the road, mid-drive, and record it?

I've seen some YouTube videos that have them recorded ( seems so ) ( cars use headlights and take over the front car at different timings )
if you know some documentation/tutorials or examples that explain all things about these scenarios, share them. I have little info about how actually these kinds of videos are made so please share any info you see necessary.
