Need help with license plate skin

I'm trying to create a license plate in game for the Philippines, but problem is, they show up as a "NO TEXTURE" license plate. Any help would be appreciated.

 

You need to add a material.cs and a modified .dae version of the license plate with the right texture specified ( if your material name is phPlate, you need to modify the dae's material name to phPlate )

I suck at explaining so the best way to learn is to find an existing mod with lisence plates, copy it and modify the files names.

if you just want this single one it is the right way you packed it , you used just I think the wrong size, I did that for you , maybe clear cache before
