Need help with two things

First, I used the jbeam of the 200bx, which have these clapping headlights, you know. And now my headlights are still moving up if I turn the light on which looks horrible weired on this car; how can I turn them (in jbeam?) off ? Second question is how the f*cking hell are working these needles ? I cant find in jbeam any good reference number for rotation etc, I rotated them even in blender but they are still moving wrong, what do I have to do that they are sitting perfect ?
