Okay, so for the longest i have had issues with the game.. Awhile ago it would Crash after around 20 minutes of playing. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what was causing it. Deleted all mods deleted the game multiple times ended up giving up. Came back after the new update thinking it maybe was something to do with the version and my pc. Now to crashes upon startup doesnt even get into the menus with error code 0000000x1 or something close to that. Also get a message stating FATAL ERROR: The GPU is not responding. Attached is a file of my crash report i believe.. ive seen you ask for the ID and i have no idea how to get that or i would added it also.

Not sure what your issue is but you could try installing most recent drivers for GPU, do you have issues with any other games or software.
