Needle animations

How do i adjust needle animation ? Do I need blender or i can adjust them trough jbeam or something like that ? Main problem is water temperature needle goes over the middle spot where it should be when car is at 90c, i want to make it stop at middle when it reach 90c

 

In the vehicles main jbeam there should be the properties of the needles, find the name of the needle you want to change and mess about with the values until its right
