New BOV Sound (3) - For the BeamNG players that like a quieter Boosted experience :D

Another BOV sound replacement, this time by a Street BOV sound!!
This is for the players that don´t like the loud BOV´s that are in the game.
(or my other mods )

Sounds better with:
-Manual Shifting (Clutch Assist)
-Street Tuned Cars

The sound itself, is of my own authorship.
