New geforce card ran game perfect first day, now only in safe mode?

So i got a new card from Newgg. A Gigabyte Geforce 1660 Super 6gb. Ran the game perfectly on install day. After that, I click to run the game and task manager says its running but it isnt displaying. Only works in safe mode.

Any ideas?

 

Do a clean reinstall of the GPU drivers.

 

Even though I had already done this, it worked the 2nd time. thx
