New paid memeber with problems

I found this game watching you tube videos and thought I might like it. The easily obtainable price of 15 dollars could not have been better. Tried the tech demo and loved it. Here is where my problem has started. I can fully instal all the way to the finish button with the launch app checked. Although nothing happens. Not after 10 seconds or 10 minuets. I have tried to go into the files and I notice there is no exe file to run the program. Other than the folder in the users app data folder, Your product does not exist, or it is at least not making it self known. I have reintalled sveral times from different browsers. Always the same. Can you please help? A bit about my system, it is a Dell with Intek i5-4430 cpu @3.00GHz, 12 gb ddr3 ram. Nvida 7600 Ati

 

Are you running Windows 7/8? Or Vista? Or anything else? Your PC specs are a bit useless, I need to know what kind of drive program you are using, so I can help Also, could you please link your account in the purchase e-mail you received? So you get a badge when you post, it could be useful sometimes. People might get bitchy sometimes

I Was tired and frustrated when I typed that. Not sure where any of that came from. Video card AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series.

I'm running windows 8.1. Not really sure what you mean by "drive Program". Could you please elaborate.

 

Do this. Temporarily disable your AV, redownload the new setup.exe from the download tab and reinstall
