New Radial Menu losing responsiveness to controller

    I'm pretty sure this is happening after opening a delivery pickup point menu in Career Mode. The Radial Menu will still open with Dpad up, but the left thumbstick is completely irresponsive. The Radial Menu is only usable with mouse and keyboard.
