New Sunburst body...

I love the Sunburst. I love everyday cars that can still mop the floor with supercars if tuned right, and that's a good description of the Sunburst. Now, what I don't particularly fancy is the new body. I know it isn't supposed to be a super sporty car but the new body is way too bubbly and narrow for my taste. I know it was probably changed to give it more of an "economy car" look, but I always saw the Sunburst as an Impreza/WRX mixed with a Lancer. I had to change the offset on my configs, which is way more narrow now, change the rear quarters or whatever, and uninstall some awesome mods. So I, and I'm sure many others, want the old body back.

 

can u show me a picture, im still using old beamng from 0.12. I still have the old sunburst and i can give u the file

 

The higher trim models still come with a slight widebody much like the older version of the car. It's only the low trim models like the 1.8L that have the new narrow body style

I drive a Lancer IRL. So when this update hit, I immediately went outside and re-compared the changes, and to be honest I think they're actually quite on point now. On the old sunburst, the cabin was very boxy, and the rear bumper and lights stuck out like a swollen lip, when compared to the lancer anyway.

The above is an opinion...

 

You know actually now that I'm using that old body mod, I kinda like the new one better. The old one was super square.
