no acess to some mods?

I joined this page today, so I have some question, or one atleast.

As I've seen, there are some mods that I can't acess. Reason being that I do not have "permission" to view that page.

What is that all about and how do I acess the pages i don't have permission on?

well, the only one i got up right now, was a Realistic Skins Pack

 

Hmm.. Odd, I can't access it either. I think the author may have taken the mod down or something.

 

can't be. cuz in the vid i got the link from, it says that the file is still avalible. Cuz in the description of teh vid, there's a map mentioned but for that it says, not avalible anymore.

 

Maybe the link is broken?

 

because the system for deleting/moving files sucks and doesn't remove visibility from some search systems

 

Darn. Thanks anyway. So i guess link that end up being errors that says i got no permission are dead links?

 

while i'm at it, thos this is not related to the same thing. I read on a page that you can like, freely place objects if you press F11 in the game, but for me it does nothing.

How do I go and place like ramps and such freely? I know how to spawn them like a car, but that's not the right way.
